Xenarc Technologies provides a 3-Year Limited Warranty on all its Touchscreen and Monitor products, and a 2-Year Limited Warranty on its Rugged Tablet, Mini PC / Car PC, and Panel PC products. Xenarc Rugged All-Weather Touchscreen Monitors can be serviced and/or repaired for a fee after the warranty period. In the event that defective item(s) needs to be returned for service or exchange, please submit a RMA request HERE.
NOTE: Any Xenarc Technologies products that have been purchased from an UNAUTHORIZED dealer (Including, but not limited to - traditional retailer, mail order outlet, or online dealer) OR if the original factory warranty seal has been removed, defaced or replaced in any way WILL NOT be honored or serviced under the existing Xenarc warranty policy.
Xenarc is aware of instances in which refurbished models and/or discontinued models of our LCD monitors not intended for sale in the U.S. have been sold at a steep discount, yet still sold as new. If you are purchasing from an UNAUTHORIZED dealer, you may be purchasing a refurbished or B-Grade unit not covered under warranty and in which we WILL NOT service or provide any type of support.
Xenarc Technologies sells premium products only through authorized retail and online channels to insure that Xenarc customers obtain quality pre-sale and after-sale support and service. PROTECT YOUR WARRANTY, buy from an authorized Xenarc dealer or authorized on-line dealer, (if you are not sure whether a dealer is authorized, please contact us).
