After months of waiting for proposed changes to Xenarc Technologies’ 7” line of VGA monitors, the Company introduced the newest 2003 model of the touchscreen 7” VGA monitors (700TS and 700TSV) to wide acclaim within the industry. Not only do these new monitors incorporate USB technology, but the look of the entire monitor has also changed.
Relieving consumer pressure, whole scale changes to the 700TS and 700TSV include USB interface, upgraded CCFL backlight, updated firmware, a sleek silver casing with black buttons design, a copper heavy duty stand with multiple feet, and cigarette lighter adapters with every monitor. Xenarc Technologies also released a new logo to accompany these monitors, which complements the new aesthetic appeal of the monitors. Further, the touchpanels are also new and improved, and they now support multi-monitor functionality through the USB interface.
“We were waiting for Xenarc to make changes such as these to their current line of monitors,” said Phil Cartier, General Manager at TRC, a 12 volt distributor. “After seeing the changes that they made, we saw the potential in the 12 volt market as well as in other markets that convinced us to invest in the product.” The new 2003 model 700TS and 700TSV are available immediately through your Authorized Xenarc Technologies Retailers.
